      Oyster River Real Estate always welcomes new agents. We are a smaller, independent  company, so you won't feel lost in the shuffle as you might in a larger company. We provide a very supportive environment, a broker with years and years of valuable experience to call upon when unusual situations come up, and staff to assist you along the way.

    In addition to assisting home buyers and sellers, we also handle a large volume of rentals, which is an additional source of commission income for our agents.                                    Getting Licensed

  Toying with the idea of getting your real estate license? It's a good idea to talk to a RealtorŪ to get the facts and make sure it's a choice that fits you. We'd be happy to send you information on classes and requirements and speak with you about a real estate career. The NH Real Estate commission requires the completion of a 40 hour course prior to taking the licensing exam. There are a few terrific instructors in the area that we can refer you to when you are ready to get started.
