Our fees:
· For placement only: 1 months rent
· For managed rentals, the placement fee is reduced to one half month¿s rent and the management fee is 8% of the gross monthly income for a 1 year lease. We guarantee a 1 year lease or a new placement will be free for the remainder of the lease.
